CMX Attends Panyu Two Associations' Election Conference

On the afternoon of November 6, 2025, the 12th Session 1st Meeting of the Individual and Private Enterprise Association of Panyu District, Guangzhou, and the 8th Session 1st Meeting & Election Conference of the Private Enterprise Association of Panyu District were grandly held in the Conference Room on the 4th Floor of Bank of China Building.

As one of the industry representatives, CMX was invited to attend the conference, and successfully awarded the plaque of (Newly Supplementary Member). It witnessed this important industry event together with 108 government and enterprise representatives across the district!

Grand Event Highlights: Election Kicks Off New Chapter, Strengthens Government-Enterprise Linkage

This conference attracted considerable attention, with leaders from units including the Administration for Market Regulation of Panyu District, and Bank of China Panyu Sub-branch in attendance to provide guidance. In addition to reviewing key proposals such as the Work Report of the Council and amendments to the articles of association, the conference also elected a new leadership team through equal-numbered election and secret ballot — He Guancong was elected as the new president, laying a clear direction for the association's future development.

Bank of China Panyu Sub-branch interpreted financial support policies and featured products at the conference, providing customized solutions for enterprises' financing needs and capital management pain points. Deputy Director He Hanbin of the Administration for Market Regulation of Panyu District further emphasized that it is necessary to lay a solid foundation with (Party building red), build a bridge with (solid services), and stimulate vitality with (innovation capability), so as to fully support the high-quality development of the private economy.
