Project Background
Liaoning Electric Power Co., Ltd., now officially named State Grid Liaoning Electric Power Co., Ltd., was established on March 18, 1999. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of State Grid Corporation of China, undertaking the important responsibility of providing safe, reliable and high-quality power supply for economic and social development in Liaoning Province. It is also the core entity responsible for the planning, construction, operation of Liaoning Power Grid and power dispatching.

The company headquarters has 21 departments (including the Dispatching and Control Center) and 34 affiliated units, with a total of 61,500 employees. Its core business is the construction and operation of Liaoning Power Grid, covering the entire province with its power supply service area.
In 2023, the company's total assets reached 137.096 billion yuan, electricity sales volume was 221.654 billion kilowatt-hours, operating income was 139.186 billion yuan, and profit achieved 801 million yuan.
The company has successively won honors such as the China Construction Engineering Luban Award, the 5th National Civilized Unit of China, and Advanced Collective of Liaoning Province. In July 2024, the Party Committee of the company was awarded the title of Advanced Grassroots Party Organization of Liaoning Province by the CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee.
State Grid Liaoning Electric Power Co., Ltd. officially introduced CMX's first-class high-standard professional sound reinforcement system.

5G Conference System Product Functional Features
1.Enhance training efficiency and ensure accurate information transmission
Clear sound quality eliminates information loss: Equipped with Dante network audio transmission, Bose professional speakers, and DSP howl suppression function, the system ensures clear and noise-free human voices (such as lecturer teaching and case analysis speeches). Even in large classrooms or environments with multi-device interference, it avoids content mishearing caused by blurred sound quality, reduces repeated explanation time, and improves training efficiency.
Speech management standardizes interaction order: Supports speech control modes such as FIFO and application mode, as well as participant/time limit functions, adapting to common scenarios in management training centers like group discussions and case debates. It not only prevents speech chaos during interactions but also ensures fair participation for every trainee, making training interactions more orderly and efficient.
2.Adapt to Diverse Training Scenarios and Meet Professional Needs
Zone Control Supports Parallel Multi-Scenario Operations:A single host enables independent zone sound reinforcement and integrated control for 16 meeting rooms, simultaneously supporting training sessions on different floors and with different themes (such as safety regulation training and new technology practical operation explanation). Each zone’s sound quality can be adjusted independently without mutual interference, significantly improving the space utilization and training capacity of the management training center.
Professional Functions Match Electric Power Training Characteristics: Supports simultaneous interpretation (63+1 channels) to cope with high-end training involving external experts and international technical exchanges; interfaces with speech-to-text and independent recording functions, which can quickly convert teaching content into text minutes or archives. This facilitates post-training review for trainees and enables the precipitation and reuse of training materials (such as professional content including electric power technical standards and accident case explanations).
3.Ensure System Stability and Reduce the Risk of Training Interruptions
Redundant Design Prevents Sudden Failures: Equipped with dual-machine real backup and ring daisy-chain connection functions, the system can respond to sudden situations such as host power outages and line faults, ensuring uninterrupted training—especially for important compulsory courses like safety regulation training and emergency response training. For the power industry that emphasizes continuity and standardization in training, it can significantly reduce the risk of training delays caused by equipment issues.
Anti-Interference Capability Adapts to Complex Environments: Training centers may have interference sources such as power equipment and network signals. The adaptive anti-interference technology (24 available signals) ensures stable transmission of wireless microphones and audio, avoiding sound cuts and noise caused by interference, and guaranteeing a smooth training process.
4.Strengthen Safety Assurance and Meet Electric Power Industry Standards
Fire Alarm Linkage Builds a Solid Safety Line: The sound reinforcement system is linked with the fire alarm, enabling it to issue evacuation reminders via audio immediately in case of sudden fires. It provides more comprehensive coverage than traditional broadcasting (such as sound dead zones in large classrooms and stepped lecture halls). This highly aligns with the core requirement of safety first in the electric power industry, offering additional protection for the safety of training personnel.
Convenient Control Reduces O&M Costs: Supports PC software, browser (B/S architecture), and RS232 central control. Staff at the training center can quickly adjust volume and switch scene modes (e.g., from lecture mode to seminar mode) without professional audio technology, reducing reliance on external technical support and lowering daily operation and maintenance costs.
