Tanzania Court Multifunction Digital Conference System Project

To advance the construction of smart courts and standardize judicial proceedings including judicial committee meetings, case hearings and foreignrelated collegial discussions, our company has successfully completed the upgrade and delivery of the multifunction digital conference system for Tanzania courts.

Adopting an integrated digital conference host with hybrid deployment of wired and wireless microphones, the system meets requirements for fixed seats and temporary attendees, building a professional judicial audio system with highfidelity, lowlatency and full controllability.

1.Flexible Speech Management for Judicial Proceedings 

Four builtin speech modes: FIFO, normal waiting, voiceactivated trigger and chairmanapproval mode. Support up to 8 wired microphones and 6 wireless microphones speaking simultaneously with speech duration control.

Independent gain and multiband finetuning EQ for each microphone, adapting to different speaker vocal characteristics.

2.Low-latency Highfidelity Audio & Multichannel Isolated Evidence Recording 

Three 16channel output modes: roleisolated output, independent simultaneousinterpretation output and intelligent group matrix output. Individual audio output for each microphone.

Connect to recording and speechtotext servers to realize speakerisolated transcription, making fullmeeting records traceable and archivable.

Supports up to 63+1channel wired simultaneous interpretation for foreignrelated hearings and collegial discussions.

3.Comprehensive Conference Functions & Multiprotocol Integration for Smart Court 

Integrated checkin, voting, election and local USB recording functions. The host is equipped with a 4.3inch fullcolor touch screen for onsite operation.

TCP/IP network supports both C/S and B/S architectures for remote management via PC client or web browser. Compatible with RS232 central control and Dante audio output.
