Recently, CNBOP-PIB, an authoritative EU certification body, visited Guangzhou CMX AUDIO for the annual Factory Production Control (FPC) surveillance audit. CMX AUDIO passed the audit with “zero non-conformities” and its production control and quality system have been highly recognized.

Based on EU standard EN 54-24:2008 and CPR regulations, the audit covered the whole production process of voice alarm loudspeakers, including production organization, incoming inspection, process control, finished product testing, equipment management, document control and traceability system.

The audit team confirmed that CMX AUDIO’s production control system operates effectively and product consistency meets EU market access requirements. The company has completed rectification and optimization promptly.
