The Development Background of SIP Broadcast

With the development of science and technology, the limitations of traditional broadcasting have become increasingly obvious. Traditional public broadcasting ( PA ) relies on analog signal transmission, and has problems such as complex wiring, limited coverage, single function (only supports one-way broadcasting), the broadcasting system is not connected to the telephone, security and other systems, and it is difficult to coordinate responses in emergencies. The maturity of network infrastructure provides a high-bandwidth, low-latency network environment for IP -based audio transmission. As an open protocol defined by IETF ( RFC 3261 ), SIP has become a universal standard for multimedia session control, supporting cross-device and cross-platform communication. SIP broadcasting also breaks the limitations of traditional broadcasting and redefines network broadcasting.

6. High reliability and security: automatic switching between primary and standby IP networks ensures uninterrupted broadcasting; data encryption communication prevents eavesdropping or tampering; hierarchical authority management restricts unauthorized access;
