Decoration requirements for recording and broadcasting classrooms

The total area of the recording classroom to be renovated in this case is 158 square meters, with a length of 12.93 meters and a width of 8.94 meters. The length of the observation room is 6.35 meters, a width of 6.7 meters, and a height of 2.8 meters. Based on on-site inspection of the enterprise, a detailed decoration plan for the recording classroom will be issued. The specific decoration requirements are to isolate the original classroom into two classrooms, one for the recording classroom and the other for the observation room. Install sound-absorbing cotton boards inside the two room wall partition, with an outer gypsum board cover. The observation wall in the middle of the partition is made of 1.2m * 4m one-way tempered glass with a thickness of 5mm. The top of the classroom adopts steel keel hangers, mineral wool board ceiling, and mineral wool sound-absorbing board with a thickness of 3-5 millimeters. Install double-layer soundproof windows in the recording and broadcasting classroom to effectively block external noise interference. Install a curtain box above the soundproof window, and the curtains require anti-static and double-layer sound insulation. Install wooden sound-absorbing boards on the wall surface, whichever is blue or red. Install anti-static carpets on the ground. Lay wooden flooring in the podium area.

Recording Room Environment

The temperature of the recording and broadcasting classroom: 18 degrees to 26 degrees; Humidity: 60%~80%; Dry field level: less than 40dB (A); The temperature and humidity in the classroom should be appropriate, usually considering a room temperature of 18-26 degrees Celsius and a humidity of 60% to 80%. The equipment in the classroom has high requirements for temperature and humidity, and maintaining appropriate indoor temperature and humidity is a basic condition to ensure the reliable and stable operation of the recording and broadcasting system. To ensure that the indoor temperature and humidity are within an appropriate range, it is best to install a low-noise air conditioning system in the recording classroom to achieve heating, humidification, cooling, dehumidification, and ventilation functions. Indoor air is required to be fresh, with an hourly air change rate of no less than 18 cubic meters per person. The environmental noise level of the recording classroom should not exceed 40dB (A), and soundproofing devices should be considered for the entrance and exit doors to create a good meeting environment. If the indoor noise is too high, such as the noise from the air conditioner, it will greatly affect the performance of the audio system and cause significant interference to the pickup part of the recording and broadcasting system. After recording the content, it is difficult to hear the speech clearly.

Studio power supply system

All contacts in the entire teaching and observation area can operate under a standard single 220V/50HZ AC power supply grounded at one end, with a permissible voltage range of 220V ± 20%. In order to extend the service life of the equipment, it is possible to consider expanding the installation of UPS uninterruptible power supplies above 3000W in the later stage. To ensure the safety and reliability of the classroom power supply system and reduce electrical crosstalk caused by power sources, three sets of power supply systems should be adopted. A set of power supply system as lighting for recording and broadcasting classrooms; A set of power supply system provides power for the entire teaching terminal equipment, all equipment in the control room, and adopts an uninterruptible power supply system (UPS); Another set is used for power supply of air conditioning and other equipment. Install a 220V three core socket every 3-5 meters on the walls around the classroom, with each socket having a capacity of no less than 2KW and reliably grounded; The cross-sectional area of the power supply system cable should meet the requirements for power consumption capacity. Select a mainline diameter of 4 square meters; The diameter of the auxiliary line is 1.5 square meters: the main power cable enters the classroom with a diameter of 16 square meters, and the branch classroom with a diameter of 10 square meters of multi-strand PVC insulated flame-retardant flexible wires; The total capacity of the power supply system should be greater than 1~1% of the actual capacity





The top of the classroom is equipped with steel keel hangers, and the ceiling is suspended using mineral wool sound-absorbing boards. It is recommended to use a standard 600 * 600 mineral wool sound-absorbing board. Its characteristics are: non flammability: preventing fires is a primary issue in the design of modern public buildings and high-rise buildings. Mineral wool sound-absorbing boards are the most ideal fireproof ceiling material and are easy to install grille lights (three primary color light tubes). Thermal insulation: Mineral wool sound-absorbing panels have superior thermal insulation properties compared to other ceiling materials. Sound absorption: Mineral wool sound-absorbing boards can improve sound quality and create a quiet and comfortable environment.

Wood sound-absorbing board for wall decoration

High performance wooden sound-absorbing boards are used on the surrounding walls, which are characterized by environmental friendliness and recyclability; High sound absorption rate, the high-density organization of fibers causes sound to form a reflux in its cavity, effectively achieving sound absorption and soundproofing functions; It has thermal insulation performance, which can save energy for consumers, and its sound absorption performance does not decrease, while its shape remains unchanged; Lightweight, safe and convenient for construction.

Sound insulation windows and curtains

Install double-layer soundproof windows on all windows in the recording classroom to effectively block external noise interference. Install curtain boxes in the soundproof window area, with double-layer thick and anti-static curtains, dark colors, and rough surfaces. The curtains can block out light and also absorb sound.

Three primary color lighting

The entire classroom recording area is equipped with 30 sets of three primary color lights, and the observation room is equipped with 5 sets of ordinary fluorescent lights. Lamp tube: A three primary color lamp tube using an electronic rectifier.

Silent flooring

The floor is laid with silent adhesive, and the color tone is coordinated with other environments in the classroom. It is recommended to use light blue.

Podium floor

The podium area is paved with flooring, and the design unit will lay steps according to the actual size of the classroom.

Wall partition

The original classroom is required to be isolated into two classrooms, one for the recording classroom and the other for the observation room. The inner layer of the two room wall partition is made of reinforced concrete, the middle interlayer is installed with sound-absorbing cotton board, and the outer layer is made of gypsum board. The observation wall in the middle of the partition adopts 1.2m * 4m unidirectional tempered glass with a thickness of 5mm.
